The Armory's oval surface color appears along upper. Green is from The Armory’s infield. Blue nods to warm-up area. Hits of red stem from The Armory’s logo. Crisscrossed print speaks to its iconic ceiling. Flyweave Construction. Nike Flyweave construction on the upper provides a secure and conforming fit for various foot shapes. Carbon Flyplate. The carbon Flyplate's shape and stiffness help keep you on your toes and minimize deceleration. Zoom, Zoom. The forefoot Air Zoom unit has two chambers to give you a propulsive feel and stability from takeoff to the tape. What's New About the Maxfly 2?. Lighter, more responsive than the Maxfly, the Flyplate's shape and stiffness give you a propulsive feel. Middle spike removed from Maxfly and elevated platform on big-toe side help spikes feel more stable.
